The room's condition didn't match the Agoda photos at all. It was cramped, dirty, smelled bad, and had flies. There was no washbasin in the bathroom, and I saw stains throughout, dirty sheets, bathroom mold, and disgusting looking tiles and shower area. Housekeeping and hygiene were terrible. We arrived around 11 AM, but even though many rooms were empty, we were told to wait until exactly 2 PM unless we paid 50,000 IDR for early check-in. I've stayed at big hotels in Jakarta, including five-star places, that allowed early check-in when rooms were available. Here, they wouldn't do it without extra payment. There was no refund option either. I've paid extra for late checkout at other hotels, but everything here felt like a way to get more money. The hotel is tucked deep in a narrow alley, and the staff were unfriendly, treating us as if we were bothering them instead of welcoming guests. It didn't feel like a hotel, more like a short-stay or hourly rental. The price didn't feel worth it. Anyone staying here will regret it. If you trust the online photos, you may be disappointed, so see the real condition before booking. I couldn't stay, so I left and booked somewhere else, losing my money in the process.
