This new East Bekasi shopping center is on a main road, easy to reach by public transport or train, and seems aimed mainly at middle-class visitors. Parking needs attention: the area had a really strong bad smell, and there weren’t enough guards to cover it all. The supermarket staff also need more training, since service was slow and awkward.
