SPOT ON 3961 Fico's Residence Syariah

I paid by Mandiri transfer last night for a booking through traveloka, then arrived to find Fico's Residence Syariah dark, closed, and empty. The hotel is still listed as active, so they’re taking orders and money even though nobody’s there. I can’t get a refund now. No need to use a sharia name while eating that haram money. Eat the money from your failure. I have proof from last night, the payment transfer and a picture of the closed hotel.

I booked at 10 PM because I had nowhere else to stay overnight, but the hotel was full and service turned me away when I arrived. They didn’t help at all, and wouldn’t even open the door. Now I’m stranded, with no idea where to go. Neither the app nor the hotel will cancel the reservation, so I haven’t received my money back. Even submitting a complaint through the app is very difficult. This was a terrible experience. What kind of service leaves guests without help in the middle of the night? I hope the admin responds.

I came all the way from Jogja, and even with a confirmed booking they wouldn’t let me in. They said check-in time had passed, but there’d been no confirmation. Then they turned me around at the entrance portal. Poor, unprofessional hotel. Think 1000X before coming here.

There were no towels or TV, and the AC was broken and didn’t cool the room. There were LOTS OF MOSQUITOES, and even CENTIPEDES while I was showering. This place could be improved MUCH better.
