Please come up with a solution and don’t ignore this. There are so many cockroaches. I swear, it seems like the place has never been fogged. It’s not just half the units that are infested, the whole tower is. There are lots of small children living here, and it’s unhealthy for them, especially our older children who are exposed to cockroach bacteria. There’s also a really annoying security guard. He never smiles, acts arrogant when you ask him something or need help, and seems confused about the standard operating procedures (SOPs) here. If you haven’t moved in yet, think twice before choosing this apartment. There’s a lot to consider. The price is the same as at other apartments, and those are still decent options, unlike this one. If you have criticism or suggestions, please don’t turn a blind eye.

You need an access card to take the elevator. This is one of the towers at Centerpoint Apartments in Bekasi, right in the city center. It has plenty of parking, plus a supermarket and minimarket, as well as a swimming pool and playground.

I’m paying to live here, not staying for free, but it’s hard to feel at ease. The garden often reeks like a sewer, and the electricity and IPL costs are high. The security guard is constantly fussy, and the OB is just as difficult. Even the neighbors don’t complain like this. I hope I can move out soon this year.
