The room was okay, and the food was so-so, but the service was bad. I booked a double room and ended up waiting two hours while they said only a twin room was available. What was I supposed to do with the other bed? lol. After I went back to complain, they finally gave me the double room. That one night wasn't a good experience at all.

I only spent one night here, and it was okay, I guess. The air conditioner wasn't very cold, and both the blanket and pillows were dirty. This place doesn't live up to a four-star hotel's standard.

They give guests a welcome drink for free, and the room service was nice. We could have breakfast brought up to our room. It's a nice hotel.

It's a huge building, but the condition was poor. The alley, room, and bathroom were all dirty, nothing like the photos on the Traveloka app.
