The room was very spacious, well equipped with all the essentials, and had a fantastic view. Breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location. Staff everywhere were professional, friendly, and so helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Special thanks to Ka Yora for the best service at the resto.

If you’re hoping for a quiet, restful Sunday night, be aware that noise from an event on the 9th floor was very noticeable between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM. My room was on the 7th floor, but the heavy thumping music still disturbed my rest. It was an unpleasant experience. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, whether by managing event locations and sound levels better or letting guests know ahead of time, so future stays can be more comfortable. The room we were moved to was a lower type than the one we had the second night. When I asked for an extra bed as compensation, the manager suggested I take down this review. That was deeply inappropriate and unprofessional. We had booked three nights, but after being told there would be live music until 3:00 a.m. on the final night, we asked to cancel that night. The hotel refused a refund, saying they’d already “done their best” by moving us to a quieter room. That didn’t make much sense, especially since loud music from a nearby café had already carried into our room on the second night. On the third night, they offered to move us again, this time to a room farther from the music venue near the swimming pool. The first night, we returned from being out and were shocked by extremely loud, off-key karaoke shaking the room. We’d had no warning. We later learned that several karaoke rooms open to the public, not just hotel guests, are directly beneath guest rooms. Selling rooms above a public karaoke venue without disclosing that is completely unacceptable. Sleep was impossible. We were with elderly parents in their late 60s and a young child, and it was clear their needs weren’t a priority. Moving us took a long time and was chaotic and poorly handled. Our child had already fallen asleep, so I had to carry them across the hotel late at night. That felt like damage control after a serious failure, not service. There was also a very dirty bedsheet when we arrived. The hotel blamed stains on laundry chemicals from an outside vendor, which was alarming and unacceptable. If that counts as clean, it says a lot about their standards. Noise, cleanliness, and transparency all fell short. I found plenty of reviews from the past two years mentioning dirty sheets and loud music. The owner repeatedly promised improvements, but our experience showed no change. Those replies seemed like lip service. This hotel puts loud entertainment and outside revenue ahead of guest comfort. It’s unsuitable for families, elderly guests, or anyone expecting rest, cleanliness, or professionalism. I strongly recommend another hotel.

I picked this hotel because of the location, about five minutes from the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and I could see a bit of the beach from the balcony. The staff were very friendly. Parking is somewhat limited, but they provide spaces outside the hotel grounds.
