Ringgo and his family made my 10-day stay at Homestay Joss feel special. They treated me like family, and that made the trip memorable. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was delicious. It’s also a great budget option, close to the main beaches. Ringgo arranged two island hopping trips, which were the highlight of my time there. I can't recommend it enough!

Joss and his wife were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged a four-island trip for us and offered scooter rental for just a few rupiah. We could also order dinner and breakfast, with plenty of choice at low prices. Great value for money, and a lovely place to meet great people. Thanks so much, Joss and your wife!

We had a great five-night stay while exploring the area. The owner was lovely and helped us arrange boat trips and other things. It’s a family-run homestay and excellent value. If you want luxury, you’d be better off finding a hotel.

We spent three nights at Joss, named after the owner's youngest son, and felt like part of the family. Mr Ringo and Ms Ajeng can provide three meals if you ask, and they'll boil water too. If you want fresh fish, she can take you to the market and cook it for you. We also got a good deal on island hopping with Mr Ringo. Ask for Mr Bujang if you want an adventurous guide. Breakfast and lunch are available by request, and don't forget to drink plenty of water! Help Mr Ringo's children with their homework if you can, they'll love you even more.

Ringo is a very friendly and helpful owner. Joss homestay offers decent accommodation at a good price, close to attractions and several beaches. It's a useful base for exploring the island's north and northwest.
