After Eid, I booked a room here and paid through Agoda at Indomaret. When we got to the location, the guard wasn't there. Someone gave me the number for Beni, who said the hotel had closed and was no longer operating, even though we had already paid. We reported it to Agoda and got Mr. Dedi's number. When we contacted Agoda CS shahireen, we were told to wait 10 to 30 minutes, but there was no response even after two hours. We waited outside in the dark in front of this place, which is actually a boarding house, not a hotel. Today Agoda told us they weren't responsible, and the money we paid was considered lost. Please be careful booking this hotel or through Agoda. They aren't responsible for what we paid for, and we lost the money.

Be careful booking online. The place has been turned into a boarding house, and you can't get into the room or get your money back. You'll end up disappointed.
