After Eid, I booked a room here and paid through Agoda at Indomaret. When we got to the location, the guard wasn't there. Someone gave me the number for Beni, who said the hotel had closed and was no longer operating, even though we had already paid. We reported it to Agoda and got Mr. Dedi's number. When we contacted Agoda CS shahireen, we were told to wait 10 to 30 minutes, but there was no response even after two hours.
