We were deceived too. When we got to the hotel, they said they no longer worked with OYO, but the OYO app still showed a low price. The hotel itself was in very bad shape and clearly no longer maintained. We had already paid for 2 rooms through OYO. This hotel should be closed, because tourists from outside the area are being deceived. Governor of Bengkulu, please close it. If this is allowed to continue, it will damage Bengkulu’s name.

Not somewhere I'd call a hotel. It's more like a test of your nerve.

I couldn't get away from the motorbike noise at 2-3 in the morning. The sidewalks also make a racket when tires roll over them. There wasn't a single drink in the room. Even when you book without breakfast through Traveloka at other hotels, there's usually drinking water left on the table.

The sheets were dusty, the towel smelled like it hadn't been changed, and the blanket was barely big enough for one person. Service was lacking too. The place looked so different from its photos, and there were so many mosquitoes that I worried about getting dengue fever after going home.
