The room problems were bad enough that we had to try three rooms. The first ones had stained, dirty-looking sheets, air conditioners that wouldn’t cool, and an awful mold smell. The staff were amazing and helped us move to a third room, where the AC was better and the smell was less strong. But the shower barely had warm water, and water spread across the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi was awful too, and the place just didn’t feel clean. 😩🙁🙁🙁🥺 One other thing: at check-in, before we’d experienced the rooms, they offered us a random gift if we left a review. Most reviews seem forced. The staff were wonderful, but this was a terrible stay. Don’t come here. Find somewhere else. 😢✋

Breakfast didn’t change over the three or four days we were there, and once a staff member walked into my room without knocking. The bigger issue was the noise. During Nyepi, children at the pool were screaming from 6am. We asked to move to a quieter room away from the pool, and staff said they would arrange it, but then ignored the request. After Nyepi, we complained about loud guests talking in the lobby after 11:30pm. Nobody asked them to quiet down during the next hour. If your room faces the pool, expect very early morning noise. The rooms seem okay for a one to three day stay, but after that you start noticing the damage and dirt. Keep these things in mind if you stay here.

This is a cozy, affordable base for exploring Nusa Dua and Benoa. The location is handy for nearby beaches and cultural spots such as Museum Pasifika and Bali Collection, and Tanjung Benoa has plenty of water sports, including jet skiing, parasailing, banana boats, and snorkeling. Breakfast is included and generally satisfying. There aren’t luxury facilities, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the simple, clean rooms are good value, though a bit small and with some minor bathroom and ventilation issues.

Febri welcomed us. The hotel looks good, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend it.
