Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa

The location worked perfectly for our family vacation, with a beach nearby and a lovely sunrise view. Our double room had plenty of room for two parents and two kids. Breakfast was tasty, and they included it for two guests per room. There are watersports places too, though the prices seemed a bit high for Indonesian tourists. I’d recommend the hotel for families.

We had such a good stay. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and have what you need, and the pool is great, with lots of loungers and shaded spots. Breakfast was great too, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The one thing I'd like them to add is Aqua gallons where guests can refill their bottles. A jug in the room would be nice, and I'd gladly refill it.

The rooms are okay, and the price is good. It's a quiet place with a nice pool and direct access to the beach. The staff are the best part. Mba Erna at reception arranged our room really well and was very, very helpful. I think the other staff member's name was arif. He'd only been working at brr for two days, but he was already friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast didn't have much choice, but it wasn't too bad. Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived, so the hotel plumber had to come fix it. The tap had simply been left turned off, and we had to report that ourselves. The safe also didn't work. We reported it two days in a row before a technician came to try fixing it, and I eventually insisted they replace it. Ridiculous. The beds were uncomfortable. For my back, sleeping on the floor might have been better. This hotel is definitely below par, and I wouldn't recommend it. Spend the extra $10 a day and stay somewhere better.
