The villa was clean, airy, and comfortable, with good access to Bali Collection, several beaches, and places to eat. Taxi access was a little awkward because drivers couldn't always come right up to the villa, but it was only a short walk from the road. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and Lisa was fantastic, always there when we needed help. They were caring and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The villa chef was another highlight. We ordered two breakfasts and an authentic Indonesian dinner, and it was the best food I've ever had.

We spent two weeks in the Flamboyant Villa at Breezy Point Villas, and the staff made it feel like we'd been welcomed by a second family. They went above and beyond to keep things comfortable and enjoyable. The villa was gorgeous, the pool was a great size and cleaned regularly, and we had fresh drinking water all the time. Our villa was cleaned top to bottom every day. The chef was lovely and happy to take special requests for our fussy western children. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you for looking after us so well!

The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom looked lovely too. It's a shame the rest of the villa needs attention. The bathrooms are worn, with dirty taps and grout, and the furniture, including the couch and bean bags, should be replaced. The open kitchen needs a thorough clean, dishes included, and there was only a very old sponge. There was no running water on our first evening, though it came back the next morning. In one bathroom, the water was brown, and we couldn't adjust the temperature, it was either boiling hot or cold. At night, monkeys ran over the villa and roof, leaving waste and mess that sometimes fell into the pool. I understand this is beyond the owner's control, but it was unpleasant. For this price, I'd expect cleaner surroundings and more modern furnishings. The villa needs a deep clean, fresh consumables, and some renovation to make guests more comfortable. It could be beautiful, maybe it was a few years ago.

The villa was gorgeous, super clean, and in a perfect location. Martin was a beautiful, amazing host who made sure we got anything we wanted. Room service came every day, and the pool was clean, a perfect size, and a comfortable temperature. We had the best experience and highly recommend this stunning place.
