We rented both villas at Day Mirah Resort for our wedding and had our whole bridal party stay there. It was incredible. There's plenty of space for a large group, and ordering Grab food to the villa was very easy. The staff and service were fantastic, and we can't recommend it highly enough. We'll be back! We also held our welcome drinks in the pavilion, which can be booked as a private space when you hire the villas. The staff and service for that event were amazing too. Thanks so much to the team for making our wedding stay so special.

I left the next day without a refund after a stay that was beyond unacceptable. The AC was broken, and the room they offered instead had power cuts all night and a dirty pool. I had asked for my money back because they couldn't fix the air conditioning or give me the advertised room with direct pool access. Management was rude and said the booking couldn't be refunded. Getting help was difficult too. There's no reception, just a wireless phone that often went unanswered. When someone eventually came, they seemed unsure what to do and called several people, but nothing got resolved. The staff were friendly, though they couldn't speak English. The location was terrible to reach by car, and the road had no lighting at night. This was the worst resort stay I've had and the worst customer service I've encountered. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

That infinity pool was crystal clear, and we spent ages relaxing along its edge. We booked the three-bedroom Villa for our wedding holiday, and the rooms were huge and thoughtfully designed while still feeling warm and homely. The views, crisp air and lush surroundings made it a lovely low-key break, with the city center only about a 10-minute ride away. Dayu Mirah Resort helped make some of our best memories in Bali. We travel a lot, and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The staff greeted us with radiant smiles and looked after our comfort from check-in onward. We felt thoroughly spoiled by how warm, welcoming and stress-free the experience was. We'd have given six stars if we could, and we'd happily recommend it to couples or families looking for a quiet getaway. Hope to stay there again soon!

The staff were attentive and friendly the whole time, from arrival through departure, and I felt pampered and well looked after. Dayu Mirah Resort is a peaceful escape from the busy city, with tranquil grounds and beautifully landscaped gardens. Each villa has three spacious rooms. The large pool looks out over greenery, there's plenty of parking, and two rooms have private jacuzzis. The villas are top-notch, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for a serene, rejuvenating getaway. I'll definitely come back. Thank you!
