Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua

The hotel is great value for money, with excellent service, and it could work well for a small conference or meeting. It’s the newest Bali addition to the Hilton family and just a few minutes’ walk from Conrad Bali. This recently restored Garden Inn Bali has modern, comfortable rooms, some overlooking the pool. Mine faced the ocean, though street noise in the early hours was a slight issue. The owner clearly hadn’t invested in double-glazed windows, but the room was still very comfortable. The staff were superb, always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was great, the pool was wonderful, and the boutique gym was thoughtfully laid out with high-quality Matrix equipment. Enjoy!

Head Chef Frendi prepared an amazing Indian dhal and vegetable fried rice the morning after we arrived. Later, his veg khadai was just as good. The spices were exactly right, with hardly any oil or cream, and the vegetables soaked them up beautifully. When Chef Frendi wasn’t there, a colleague served us an excellent Balinese vegetable dish. His team were great too. We’d been unsure whether vegetarian or vegan meals would be available, but reception reassured us that the Chef would manage. The reception staff also gave us helpful advice on places to visit. I owe Frendi, his team, and the Hilton staff a wonderful holiday. Thanks.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and they can accommodate dietary requirements. Breakfast had a lovely selection. At dinner, we tried nasi goreng with satay chicken, prawns in Balinese red spice, the fish option, and a tarte dessert with ice cream. The new gym and pool were a real highlight, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua was extremely enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, and being in a brand-new hotel added to the comfort. Nearby restaurants and massage places are just a two-to-three-minute walk away. I had a 30-minute pedicure for as little as $7AUD, and there are nice Indian restaurants nearby too, which is handy if you want to eat out. Thank you to Hilton and all the staff for a memorable trip. MIRA at reception was wonderful, always smiling and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to help with everything we needed. With fewer guests around, the team remembered our names, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming. The Garden Inn in Bali was newly opened and well maintained. The hospitality was far beyond what I’ve experienced at other Garden Inn properties. The location is a little less convenient than hotels right on the beach strip, but the staff’s friendliness, care, and attention to detail more than made up for it. They made us feel comfortable, and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
