The pool was a big hit with the kids, especially the huge jacuzzi. We found the rooms spacious, very clean, and furnished with a large, comfortable bed. JEFNA VILLA had a lovely atmosphere for our family, and I’d happily stay there again.

We had a great stay here. The villa has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi, all in a safe area. The staff were so kind and helpful too. It’s one of the best villas I’ve tried, and I’d recommend it for a family holiday.

The two double bedrooms were unbearably hot, while the twin room was the only one that stayed cool. The shower and toilet floors were filthy and moldy, and there was mold in the spa as well. We’d requested two scooters and a shower chair a month ahead, but were told on arrival that neither was available, leaving us with no way to go out and do anything. They wouldn’t refund us. This was unlike any other place I’ve stayed in Bali, and I can’t recommend it.

I loved the peaceful feel here, especially being away from the crowds. The villa has really good facilities, including a kitchen, which I haven’t found at other villas I’ve stayed in. The architecture is a lovely touch too, and it has that aesthetic look I enjoy.

The two men who greeted us were gentlemen, but the rest of the stay went downhill. There were bugs and lizards, the pool smelled bad, and the “gym” was an active construction site. It was overpriced, since we could have stayed at a resort for a fraction of the cost. If you want to be catfished, go to Jefna. Avoid at all costs.
