Sari Room Bed & Breakfast

I booked five nights for my team, from 28 February-4 March. When they arrived, the room window looked out onto an area that might have been where the hotel eats or something, and it seemed to be getting demolished. The view was very uncomfortable. We wanted to cancel, but the hotel wouldn't take responsibility. When I called to speak with staff, they wouldn't take the call. We checked out right away, but the hotel still counted the booking through its end date. A terrible experience, with 900k wasted because they neither offered a room with a better view nor refunded the money, even though we hadn't slept there when we asked. I swear I'll never come back.

We only stayed one night, but really liked the clean, roomy, comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious, and the nasi goreng was especially good and cheap. I'd recommend the place itself. Nusa Dua, though, wasn't for me: I found little to do or see, and the beaches were ugly and dusty.

The staff are nice, and we had one of the most comfortable beds of our trip through Asia. Rooms are very clean, with Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water. Breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is close to a beach where swimming isn't possible because of water sports. There's a free shuttle to Nusa Dua's beach at 11am, returning at 4pm.

The warung makes very nice nasi goreng, maybe one of my favorites. Breakfast was okay, a little basic, but fair for the price of the stay. The room was nice, with a TV I could plug into. The AC was very cool, and the bed wasn't bad either.
