The bathroom sink wasn't plumbed properly, and on the first use the water went all over my shoes. Worse, the man in charge went into my room while I was away and stole all of my Australian money, thousands!! When I confronted them, the CCTV that covers my door suddenly wasn't working, even though it had worked in the days before. Don't stay here if you don't want your belongings gone through or stolen.

The room was comfortable enough, but the staff were unfriendly and not much help. On my first day there was nobody at check-in, so I had to spend time trying to contact them. They were very slow to respond on WhatsApp and often ignored my messages. The bathroom drain was clogged when I arrived and hadn't been cleared.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, each with its own sitting area and a beautiful view. The hotel felt welcoming, well prepared, and professional, and I was over the moon with my stay. There's a bell to ring if you need anything late at night, and they're flexible about check-in and check-out times. A restaurant is a short walk away, or you can have food brought to your room. Everything you need is a short drive away, and you can rent a bike from the hotel, take a taxi, or use a grab. I'd highly recommend staying here and will be back. Thanks again for a wonderful visit.

The room was pretty normal, but the sliding door sometimes got stuck. There were tiny ants everywhere. Construction was going on right outside my window, with noise every day from 8 am until 12 am, and the workers watched me.
