I’ve never checked into a hotel before that didn’t even have towels. After showering, I had to go out and buy tissues to dry myself. There was no soap, no hot water, no TV, and no fan. This hotel is really terrible.

The staff were friendly, and there was Wi-Fi. The location is great too, within walking distance of Warung FB. But the water kept being cut off at night. We went two nights without water and were quite uncomfortable. The owner should put a water tub in the bathroom for emergencies overnight.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself felt unhealthy. Mold covered the walls, and I could smell it as soon as I entered the room. It was dirty, with two cockroaches there when I arrived and insects crawling around the bedroom. The furniture and everything else were old and dirty. Even the sheets had holes and someone else’s hair on them. I felt so uncomfortable, and sleeping in that moldy smell felt inhumane. Spend a bit more and don’t book here!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place and don’t give money to this dishonest owner. I paid 100k for the first night. For the second, they told me they had no room because they were full, but said I could stay if I paid 250k. A room is either available or it isn’t, regardless of the price. The room was dirty and smelled damp and like garbage. The bed was very dirty, and the sheets had lots of stains. The shower didn’t work. They opened another room for me to use, but that shower only worked for one minute. I think this owner is just a thief. Go to another small guesthouse or homestay instead. There’s a lovely one in this city called vulkaan homestay, with a good room and lovely people. I recommend it because it’s much better for only 50k more than this very bad hotel.
