The room itself was fine, but it got bright all night because some windows had neither curtains nor glass, and outside lights came straight in. With the hotel right by a major road, traffic was noisy, and sounds from the lobby carried clearly too. There was no AC, despite Agoda/booking.com listing it. The receptionist spoke little English. That's understandable, but it makes this a tough choice for tourists who need help arranging transport or figuring out things to do nearby. Also, this is a chain hotel, so you might consider a smaller guesthouse if you'd like to support the local economy. The photos make the place look luxurious, but I'd still call it a 2-star hotel. Don't expect more.

The room was clean and had warm water, much like the pictures. I got a quiet room at the back after paying a little more to move from one near the main road. Rooms facing that street were too noisy for me. The lobby had fast internet, though the Wi-Fi signal and speed were poor in the room. There's a construction site nearby. I can imagine it was very noisy during the day before, and there may be noise again until the work is done. I'd spend the daytime out visiting the beautiful places with amazing views that are within scooter-trip range.

The hotel is now managed by Oyo, and it seems they've put effort into improving things. Even so, I'd only call it okay. The staff weren't polite, and the shower had very little water flow.

It was a very cheap stay, so you get what you pay for. The people were friendly, but the room was a bit small, and the place wasn't especially clean or well maintained. Nights were noisy.

I stayed with my husband. The room was clean, but vehicles were very loud because the hotel is so close to the main road. Also, a staff member came into our room without knocking.
