We paid 480rb for one night, and I won’t stay here again. The Superior Room with a double bed was a tiny shoebox, with barely enough space to open luggage. We looked into the twin-bed Superior Room next door, and that one seemed reasonably sized by comparison. The room was generally unclean, though the sheets were okay. The toilet was wet on arrival, and the towels looked clean but had black powdery patches, so we checked out as soon as possible because of the possibility of mold. The air conditioning barely cooled the tiny room, even with the fan on too. Breakfast was sad, and the service was poor. This is probably the worst “3-star hotel” I’ve stayed in, even RedDoorz is more decent. I chose it because Alfamidi is across the road and Janji Jiwa cafe is nearby, but I regret it. I can’t think of another upside.

We paid 50k extra for a deluxe room, but the cleanliness was still a joke. The duvet had a blood spot, the pillowcases had black and yellow stains, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The sink design was ridiculous, with water not coming out the right way, and the window wouldn’t close because its handle had come off. The Superior Room is very, very small and has no windows. This place is far from a three-star hotel, or even what I’d call a hotel, given the lack of cleanliness. It was borderline gross. Staff barely spoke English, but they were helpful. Breakfast was next-level bad: all the food was cold even though we were there at 7:15 a.m.

The room was very small, the towels were dirty, and the toilet smelled. Staff didn’t speak English. Breakfast was very poor, with no freshly made eggs. There were ants in the cups, and the cups were black and dirty. When we asked for jam, staff said there was none left, and there was no milk either. The whole stay was a bad experience. I’d recommend not staying here.

The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed, and the price wasn’t high. A nice place to stay, though it’s a little far from the city centre, and I couldn’t find any public transportation.
