Madu Tiga Beach & Resort

This was one of my worst vacations in recent years. The breakfast buffet was awful, with just two token items, and they limited how much people could take. The food menu and taste were terrible too. The resort felt deserted, with very few people around and facilities that were poorly maintained. It also takes two hours to get there from the port, which wasn't worth the time, effort, or money for me.

The sheets were stained, and the hotel felt neglected, with a cat lying in the common areas. It was empty and had no atmosphere, and even basic services came at extra cost. The restaurant was a disaster: meals took almost two hours, and many menu items weren't available. There was no flush in the bathroom, and the activities advertised on the website simply weren't there, which felt like false advertising. The owner was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was some flexibility with schedules and the breakfast was decent, but those positives don't make up for all the problems. I strongly advise against staying here.

We really enjoyed our visit to Madu Tiga Beach Resort. The bungalow was clean and just what we expected, and the snorkeling tour we chose was very relaxing. Asep gave us a great transfer, the people were friendly, and the food was delicious every time. Highly recommended.

I expected the sea to be clear, but it wasn't. You also have to rent a gazebo or beach chair 😰. Breakfast has only a few options, so don't expect much. Overall, it felt like a regular beach resort.
