Villa Casabama Panggung

We booked a big lunch for 20, and the Balinese feast was incredible. The whole team at caSabama made this the best birthday stay, and I can’t wait to come back. All three villas were spacious and beautifully designed, with room to spend time together as well as quiet corners to relax. The care put into the details was superb, from the toiletries, towels, couches and extra beds to the ice in the fridge, daily coffee, tea and breakfasts, and cars to pick people up and drop them off. Phoenix, Pak Wayan, and the rest of the team were phenomenal. They gave us a level of service I’ve never experienced at a villa before.

We barely had to leave the retreat. The butler team was exceptional, especially with the food they cooked from scratch in house, and our room was cleaned and tidied every morning. The place is luxurious, stylish, spacious, and beautifully put together, with thoughtful amenities. Saba beach is a must see. Thanks for making the trip so carefree and enjoyable. Can’t wait to return.

We booked all three villas for a 40th birthday gathering with 20 people, and they worked perfectly. Each has its own personality, with space for everyone to meet together and plenty of quiet hideaways too. The photos don’t show how spacious the villas are or how lovely the established gardens look. Phoenix, Wayan, and their team went above and beyond to arrange the birthday lunch and look after us each day. They were extremely helpful whenever we needed something, and I’m sure they put up with a lot from us over five days! All 19 guests said they’d go back. As we were leaving, we were only half joking about who in our group turns 40 next. Thanks to caSabama and the whole team!

The villa is beautifully designed, but the service was disappointing. At check-in the receptionist struggled with English, and with no room numbers we couldn’t tell who was meant to stay where. We didn’t get fresh towels through room service, and there was no hot water, so we had cold showers for two days.
