Airy Dimoro Batanghari Blitar

A simple homestay, but a nice place.

Such a lovely place to stay.

The staff were friendly, the service was good, and the place was clean. What bothered me was finding out only after arriving that the room was shared. I booked a hotel expecting privacy and a secure place for my belongings, and sharing with a stranger made it hard to feel at ease. The other guest was moved to a different room right away. If that hadn't happened, I would've rather moved or paid to upgrade than share with someone I didn't know. If you're thinking of booking, ask about the room first. Once you've paid, you may not be able to cancel and could be left with upgrading as the only option.

The staff were kind and friendly, which was a bright spot during our stay. The room itself wasn't what we'd booked, though, and we couldn't sleep well that night. We had reserved two rooms for two nights, July 25 and 27, through PegiPegi on July 24, 2019, and paid upfront after seeing the attractive website photos. Since the booking couldn't be cancelled, we gave up the second night and stayed for just one.
