All the room facilities worked, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sheet could have been cleaner. They kept my ID card for the whole stay, which seems like an outdated practice when guests have already paid. The hotel should copy the ID instead, as other hotels do.

I left a hotel a day before the end of my paid stay for the first time. Renovations were underway, and the first room I was given was almost inside the work area. They moved me to another room as an “upgrade,” but I could barely shut the door, the sink had no water, and there was no window to the outside. Don’t be drawn in by the name Grand Mansion, it doesn’t need your visit.

The elevator wasn’t working, and the rooftop lounge was really dirty. The restaurant and bar were awful, though I’m not sure how to describe it. The staff worked slowly and inefficiently, and the restaurant was hot and humid because the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. My experience here was very bad.

The employees were hospitable, but I didn’t feel comfortable in the room and the atmosphere was bad. There’s no lift, so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people. I was honestly a little scared sleeping there that night.
