In Room 210, the yard was cozy and the service okay, but the room felt very aged, with everything looking yellow, almost like it was 20 years old. The table was rotting, big ants were all over the floor, and buzzing, strange machinery noises kept coming through the wall.

The breakfast buffet had pecel, lodeh soup, and fried rice, and it was good value for the price. Staff were helpful, too. Our room was clean and we could park right outside it, though it had no hot water. Luckily, staff brought hot water for our baby’s evening bath. A handy no-frills place for passing through Blitar, but I wish the room descriptions made it clearer that some rooms don't have hot water.

We asked in person about rooms and were quoted only family rooms at Rp600,000 or more. Then online, the same rooms showed up for Rp386,000, so we booked while still in the lobby. The staff didn't apologize when we showed our booking reference. Agoda said afternoon tea was included, but we were told it wasn't available and there was only water in the room. At checkout, they asked my wife to pay for that water. The family room was huge but very old and in bad shape. Breakfast was local style, which is fine, but very basic. Overall, I can't recommend the stay. Avoid.

Parking right in front of the room was very convenient. The place was cheap, clean, tidy, and had fast Wi-Fi, though the room felt a little too small. Breakfast choices were limited but tasty.
