We enjoyed our family stay and may come back. The staff were really friendly and sorted out our problems, and the location is convenient via the alternative Puncak route. For IDR 200-300k, you get a spacious, clean room, pools, a mini zoo, free secure parking, a kids' playground, drinking water, bath amenities, and a nice balcony view. We did run into some issues: the pools were a bit dirty, there was no hot water, the TV remote was broken, and the shower was troublesome.

A nice escape from everyday activities. There are crocodile and deer cages, and the self-service setup worked well for us.
