The location is handy, close to the main road and easy to find, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and clean, too. I had a deluxe room on the second floor, facing the front through a big window, and it was spacious enough. It came with AC, a refrigerator, water heater, TV, internet, sofa and table, and a cupboard. The connection worked well, and they supplied two towels, two toothbrushes, and a small bottle of liquid soap. The toilet was clean but a bit small. The room smelled like the previous guest may have smoked in it, so the hotel should provide air freshener. White walls might also make the room brighter. I’d bring disinfectant spray and use it around the room to feel sure everything is safe. Have a good trip.

Check-in was easy, and the room was spacious. For a mid-range place, it’s generous, with very kind staff and good management. Staff speak only a little English, though. The homestays in Bogor can be expensive and very small. I’ve stayed in hotels for almost a year while working on new projects, and trekking around East Asia is a pleasure. Exercise seems to confuse many Indonesians. Dear guests, consider a bit of exercise while staying here. It can boost your health and help your heart relax. Management has a big role in supporting hospitality. They could improve the side street and organize the vendors. They should also extend help to homeless people and stop cleaning by burning traditional paper and plastic, since the resulting haze makes breathing difficult. Breathing comes first.
