The room was noisy even with the windows shut, since traffic came right through, so I didn't sleep well. The shower wasn't great, the refrigerator didn't work, and the breakfast was limited and disappointing. Staff were okay, but that's about the only positive. The sheets, blankets, and pillowcases were dirty and stained. Terrible hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

My partner and I stayed here a while ago. The hotel next door is a bar/night club, and its techno music went on until 4 AM on a weekday. We were on the first floor and could still feel the bass from our room. There were bloodstains on the bed sheets and brown dirt stripes on the towel. When we asked for both to be changed, they replaced only the sheets. Then we found the bedframe light wouldn't turn off because its switch was broken. A mechanic came up at 11:30 PM and fixed it just before midnight. That was a miserable night.

We paid IDR 300.000 a night for a superior twin-bed room, and all the superior rooms are twin-bed rooms, by the way. For that price, it was a decent deal, even though the hotel feels old. The big-road location makes it easy to get in and out, with parking both in front and in the basement. There's a restaurant inside, and we saw at least one conference room. Check-in was firmly at 2 PM, with no offer of an early check-in. Luckily, there's a bag store right beside the hotel where we could wait. The room's TV is smart, so we could use YT and Netflix, but getting an internet signal inside was difficult.

The service was top notch, and the hotel's location is very strategic, so it's a good hotel overall. The sheets could've been cleaner or replaced with better ones, and the blanket and bed cover needed the same attention.
