Key Inn Hotel Bogor

The only help I got was a towel exchange. I asked the front desk because I didn't want to use the same towel for three days, and they replaced it. During my four-night stay, nobody cleaned the room.

The location worked really well for us, right in central Bogor with plenty of public transport and food nearby. Parking is tight, though, with room for about five cars. There's a shared parking area below the hotel beside a small snack bar (?) called Reddog, which gets very crowded. We parked at noon, went out by public transport until around 8 PM, and found the lot full when we got back. Luckily, we hadn't driven the car out of its space. Inside, the room was clean and comfortable, with a clean bed and very cold aircon. They'd set out two towels, two pairs of slippers, and drinks like coffee and tea. The rooftop gives you an almost-view of Sempur 👀, and has a cafe that was closed when we visited, plus a prayer room. The prayer room and its mukena, sarung, and sajadah were very clean too. We called reception when the shared water dispenser was empty. They brought us two extra bottles and pointed out another dispenser nearby that was full. Maybe only one was filled because the hotel had just a few occupied rooms, but it was thoughtful of them. Room service, amenities, cleanliness, and the location all made for a really good first stay. I might come back to Key Inn when I need somewhere in Bogor 😆 Hope your visit goes well too ✨

The noise was pretty wild at night, so I don't think the location is ideal 😢. We also waited about 40 minutes to check in, even though my family and I arrived around 2:15 PM. I think at least one room should have been ready.

The views were nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. It was generally good, though we didn't get breakfast and the lift is oddly narrow.
