I booked through Agoda on Friday for Saturday to Sunday, and it showed as confirmed and fully paid. The app also said I could check in. Then I arrived Saturday afternoon and was told there were no rooms left. No warning, no attempt to contact me, just being turned away at the desk after coming all that way. So much for a confirmed booking. The management didn't even seem willing to call the receptionist about it. That was a terrible attitude, and the whole thing wasted my time and energy and ruined my plans. A deeply disappointing experience I won't forget.

The room was dirty, with lots of little creatures and spider webs, and there were smelly, dirty towels, just one even though the room was for up to two guests. Nobody welcomed us, and the service felt more like an internet cafe. At that price, there weren't any amenities. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff just stood by and didn't make us feel welcome. The room was damp and dirty, with lots of spiders, and the towels smelled bad. Not suitable.

I contacted CS Recomma well ahead of time to ask whether towels were provided. They said there would be towels, and I figured I could bring my own if there were no other amenities. But when I checked room 03 around 8 pm, there weren't any. Nobody was at reception, so I went to an employee by the parking area. They just looked at me sitting there without greeting me, as if they were chatting with friends instead of dealing with guests. When I asked about towels, the answer was, “They're all being washed, sis.” How was that not coordinated? I messaged Recomma afterward and got no follow-up until we took action. My husband asked again, and around 9 pm they finally gave us one towel. There was also static electricity in the room, and we couldn't tell where it was coming from. We heard a static sound when using the electric blanket. The receptionist said another guest had reported being shocked before, but they had checked and found nothing. Why check only one spot instead of having hotel management inspect the whole place? This is electricity, and I couldn't sleep properly because I kept getting shocked. I asked to move rooms, but they said the owner's remaining rooms were full. They covered the mattress with sheets, I don't know how many layers, but it didn't stop the shocks.
