OYO 2248 Yayah Rooms Syariah

Good property

We only stayed about 20 minutes before deciding to leave and go home. It was already 10 pm, and we had our child with us, but the room was too unpleasant to stay in. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, the curtains were dirty, the kitchen cupboard was old and rusty, and there were lots of lizard droppings on the mattress. The place is also far from the city. We’d hoped to sleep somewhere decent and comfortable, so this was really sad. I’m sharing my personal experience for the owner to evaluate and improve the poor service, not to bring management down. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable and the place could work for families, but there were several problems. The bathroom drain was blocked, there was no sink for washing your hands or face, and no bathing soap. The sheets were a little dirty, and the towels looked as if they hadn’t been changed. It was also noisy with workers around and building materials still there, since the hotel seemed new. Finding it was difficult too, tucked far down an alley where Maps wasn’t much help.

The room didn’t match its description, and the toilet was broken. The sheets and pillows were all dirty, and the towels were in poor condition too. There was no notice that this place was no longer partnered with OYO, even though you could still book it through the OYO app. Sorry for the bad review.
