It’s a strategic spot, just a short walk from Kebun Raya Bogor, and both the room and food were okay. The disappointing part was the receptionist. When I asked where the lift was, the reply felt rude and unwelcoming. I hope management gives the staff proper training to improve the guest experience.

The hotel is right across from Botanical Gardens, so you can walk there. I stayed one night and had a good experience: the room was very clean, the bathroom was nice, and the staff were cooperative. There’s also a swimming pool, which is nice though not very big, with a restaurant by the pool.

The pool is small, but it’s not bad for kids. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, even if there wasn’t much variety.

The location is top-notch, close to the botanical garden, good places to eat, and the city center. It’s also very modern, clean, and well maintained, with excellent service, all at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely come back.

This was my second visit to permata hotel. I like the location and ambience, and the hotel cuisine is one of my recommendations for its variety and freshness, along with the staff’s hospitality. The hot and cold shower water distribution might need attention, though. I still had an enjoyable stay.
