Everything was comfortable and well looked after, and the staff were really friendly. I especially appreciated how clean the hotel was, along with the good service and facilities. A little fridge in the room and a more complete toiletry kit, maybe including a shower cap, would make things even better. I enjoyed staying here and would happily come back.

Mr. Angga was so kind when I came down for breakfast. I spent a week here and had a clean, comfortable room with a view of the mountains. I’d stay here again.

The location in town is a real plus. We had room 316, which was spacious and quite clean. For me, a good stay comes down to cleanliness, steady hot water, and a shower with decent pressure, and this place had all three at a good standard. A nice budget option.

We only got one room access card, and an extra one required an IDR 100K deposit. Most hotels we’ve stayed at give you two by default, so I hope that can be sorted out. The hotel is in a convenient spot, the staff were friendly and quick to respond, and our room was clean and tidy. But the TV remote didn’t work when we arrived, and the room phone was out too, so we couldn’t call staff. Please check the remote, AC control, and phone before guests arrive. Folio Number 346224. Thank you.
