For a three star hotel, this meal was pretty unacceptable. We waited almost two hours for dinner, and what arrived was well below what we expected. My seafood fried rice had bits of eggshell and garlic peel in it, while the pickles were so sweet they belonged with candy. It left me feeling the food hadn't been prepared properly and raised serious concerns about kitchen hygiene and quality control.

The location was convenient for getting around, and I really enjoyed my stay. The facilities were excellent, and my room was spacious enough for one person and non-smoking. I'd recommend it to families wanting an affordable hotel with a luxurious feel.

I found the room spacious and dark, which made it a good spot to rest after a tiring day. Mine was near the main street, though, and the noise was too loud. Cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities were the main problems. I would've enjoyed the stay more if the room and facilities had been clean and usable.

Dara and Calya always welcomed us with warm smiles and were so helpful when we had questions. All the staff were kind and welcoming, and it made for a great first experience in Indonesia. I'd stay at the hotel again.
