The service was good, though the staff seemed a little short-handed. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was okay, but paying a higher rate only got me a larger room, with no extra facilities. Some rooms were colder than others, which wasn't great.

If I hadn't been forced to stay, I wouldn't have remained here. The room, bed, and towel were dirty, and the bathroom was so squalid that I didn't even bathe. The floor was yellow and rusty. The hotel seemed dirty, rusty, and poorly maintained, and I don't understand why it has two stars. The parking didn't feel secure either. I wouldn't recommend this place to visitors in Bontang.

There was plenty of food and snacks around the hotel, plus a BNI ATM. No bottled drinking water was provided in the room, but there was a dispenser. The room was spacious and had hot water, though the shower in room 2024 didn't work well and the TV remote was unreliable. Breakfast was okay. The lobby and hallways felt hot, the hallways were dark, and the AC wasn't cold enough. Would I recommend or stay here again? No, unless there were no other options.
