The pool was a highlight, and breakfast was excellent. We also found the staff really friendly and helpful. Sarasvati has lots of character, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Borobudur. Thank you!

It was peaceful here, without rowdy crowds or noisy tourists, and we felt well looked after. If you want to stay near the Borobudur temple grounds, this is a great choice, with the historical site about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel doesn't serve beer, but there's a 24-hour bar right around the corner.

After a double massage by the pool, I realized my watch was missing. I asked the hotel for help and requested to see the CCTV footage, but they told me the cameras weren't working. The manager seemed doubtful of my claim and sided with the staff's account. They offered no compensation and told me to take it up with the police. I found the lack of support and service really disappointing, and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The service was superb, and they let us check in early, before 1 PM. We stayed one night for a Borobudur trip and sunrise, and the hotel is about a three-minute walk from the ticket office. It's on the main road and has an old feel, but it's super clean. Breakfast portions were big and tasty. I'd definitely come back.

The location is hard to beat, less than a two-minute walk from the temple. We also ate at the hotel restaurant several times and were never disappointed. Prices were reasonable, and I recommend the curry if you don't want something spicy. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were helpful in person and on WhatsApp. The pool is beautiful and calm, with lounge chairs that are perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend! 🛕✨️
