Grand Dian Hotel Brebes

Breakfast had a really good range of choices. The room was spacious, the bed was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom let things down: the showerhead seemed faulty and had low pressure, the temperature was hard to control, and the room looked bad overall.

The restaurant has a variety of food, and the room was quite large with no damp smell, which made it really nice. The staff provide great service. It is a little pricey, though.

The staff communication was excellent from arrival through departure, and they always seemed well informed. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the railway station, which is quite far from the hotel. Service is what I loved most. During our three-day stay, we'd order dinner and the restaurant staff would call to ask whether we wanted to eat there or have it sent to our room. One staff member whose name I sadly forgot offered to dry my very dirty dress in the sunshine. I felt bad that I forgot to tip her. The rooms, service and location were all perfect, and the way the staff treated us made us feel at home, almost like kings. Thanks for everything. I'd happily stay here again.
