With every restaurant and warung closed for the holiday, my girlfriend and I wandered over from the villa where we were staying to see if this hotel could serve us a meal and drinks. Agus greeted us with a smile and was courteous and professional throughout. He really went out of his way for us, the kind of employee any hotel would be lucky to have. Guests can feel confident about the quality of the staff here.

We stayed in a villa looking out over the jungle, and waking up to the sunrise was lovely. The pool is beautiful too. It’s so peaceful and still here, just the place if you want privacy and serenity. You can pick your mealtime within reason, and the manager was great with hospitality. A high quality stay from start to finish. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in Bali 😍😍😍

The villa with its own pool made for a wonderful stay, and the view, surroundings, and facilities were all superb. The property has such a relaxing atmosphere, just right for unwinding and recharging. We enjoyed the food, and the team did a great job looking after what we needed. The whole crew deserves credit for keeping the place so beautiful and tidy. We’d love to come back. This place is just awesome.

You can hear the jungle all around, and it made this hotel feel as quiet and peaceful as we’d hoped. We had a wonderful time, and the manager and staff were all so nice. The food was very good, too. I also had my best manicure and pedicure here, with a full hand and foot massage, plus a traditional Balinese massage. Definitely recommend it.

It’s a little way from Ubud, which worked well for us because we could get away from the tourist crowds and explore quieter parts of Bali. The food was great, and the staff were caring and amazing the whole time. Wayan, the manager, was quick to help us retrieve a GoPro case we’d forgotten, with no hassle at all. We had a lovely stay at Awan Biru Villas. Thank you so much!
