The views are incredible, and the service feels properly luxurious. If you remember Sanggraloka Farm, it has changed: it's now Sanggraloka Ubud Resort, with several day-use packages starting at 150k per person. We had a great time, and it was worth every penny.

The hotel has a day pass for 75,000 IDRup, welcome drink included. As for Sanggraloka Farm, the old place shown on Google Maps is gone. There's still an “Entrance Here” sign by the road, but beyond it the site is under construction. You can walk around the grounds, though we chose not to with work going on. Maybe it'll be worth trying again after July 2026, once construction is finished.

The place has a vibe of its own. I had a great time in the cooking class: they grow all the ingredients used in the recipe, and the instructors were kind and explained each step in detail. They guided us through the process and cooked alongside us.

The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of chances for photos. My son tried painting, and there are activities for kids. The play area kept my 6-year-old entertained, though it needs close supervision and doesn't seem designed with little kids' safety in mind. The food was nice, nothing special. We also swam down at the bottom, but getting back up was tough for me since I'm not very fit. The views are the main draw, and they really deliver.

The service was good, and there was still somewhere to eat and take in the view even though the new hotel building was being constructed. Compared with before the construction, I was a little disappointed by the taste of the food and drinks. Maybe I'll return once everything's ready and stay overnight 😊
