There was a yellowish stain on the toilet seat cover in my room, so I think the toilet could be improved. It may have just been an issue in my room, since the rooms my family stayed in seemed fine. The air conditioning and breakfast were good. As our tour guide mentioned, the hotel is conveniently near attractions such as the clock tower (Jam Gadang).

Jam Gadang and Ramayana Supermarket are very close by. Getting to the lobby means climbing a staircase, though.

Nice hotel, and I appreciated being able to leave my motorbike in the garage while touring Sumatra. Thanks for supporting my social media channels @JejakBule.

Two cars were parked right in front of the entrance, blocking the stairs and making it very hard for older people to get in. The bathroom floor was slippery and needs a good scrub.

A nice, cozy atmosphere, good food, and fast internet. The room was quite big, and places of interest are only a short walk away. Best place to stay in Bukit Tinggi.
