Really bad service. The room didn’t match what the app showed: it listed AC, but there wasn’t any. All there was was a bed, a clogged toilet, and a TV with no channels. There was no mat outside the toilet, so the floor was wet, and the glass was not asked. The guard was slow to respond, which was annoying. I’d only go there once.

My first bad stay here. There was a lot of sand behind the room door, and chili stains on the toilet floor, as if the previous guest had washed their hands after eating. When I lifted the toilet lid, it was yellow, like urine that hadn’t been flushed, and the bathroom smelled awful. I ended up having to go out and buy bathroom tiles.

The bed was the most comfortable part, but the room was just a bed, bathroom, and toilet. There was no TV, trash can, hot water, or Wi-Fi. I was on the third floor, so I’d suggest booking early to avoid getting a room up there. The bed also didn’t match the picture. I paid 350,000 Rupiah for a king-size bed and an extra mattress.

The room was dirty, and there wasn’t even a mirror. The mattress is all springs, so my body ached. It was very uncomfortable.
