The view of the City Skyline and Mountain made our mornings special, and the staff were the real highlight. They welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast had a huge range of fresh, high-quality choices. Our room did have some dust and a few spots missed in the bathroom, though the shared areas were fine. Still, the hospitality and view more than made up for it, and we had a lovely stay.

The atmosphere inside the hotel is very good, and there's a great view of Singgalang mountain and Merapi mountain. The location is especially convenient for a visit to Bukittinggi: Jam gadang and pasar ateh are a minute's walk away, along with Nasi kapau Linda, Family Benteng ayam Pop, and Bung Hatta Park. Panorama and Kinantan zoo are just a few minutes away.

The stay gave me and my friend a lot of new memories. Thanks to ulil coco and eyebrow guy for making it even better. Sorry we mistook the spaghetti for pizza and caused you both trouble, and sorry for bumping into you. I also kept watching the person cleaning the pool because I wanted to help, but I got too nervous and backed out. Wishing you all the best, keep being amazing.

We spent two nights here. It was easy to get to jam menara gadang for shopping, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The entrance and lobby look really nice, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. The room itself was okay, but by Western standards I wouldn't call this a four star hotel. It may be good for local guests, but for us it felt closer to 2.5 stars. The pool was so murky we couldn't see the bottom, and the music each night was too loud. A group was using the restaurant, so we had to eat in the bar; it was the same the next day, until we complained to management and were then allowed to eat in the restaurant. The staff's English wasn't very good.
