Ibus Beach Hotel

We booked at the last minute and were very glad we did. The whole stay at Ibus Beach Hotel felt private, comfortable, and beautiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The place was spotless and well cared for. Our family room had a king bed, two beds for the kids, two bathrooms, a refrigerator, and a smart TV. Best of all, there was a beautiful view from the balcony. It’s about 15 minutes from the center, but the scenery on the way is stunning, so we didn’t feel we were missing out. There’s no elevator, though the stairs aren’t as daunting as they look, and the staff are very helpful. Thanks for such a lovely, comfortable stay.

The staff made our five-night stay special. They went out of their way for my husband’s birthday, and nothing seemed like a bother. We also enjoyed snorkeling right outside and spent plenty of time at the lovely two-tiered pool. The hotel is new and well appointed, with sea-facing balconies in every room. There are lots of restaurants nearby, too. Get up for the sunset if you can, it’s spectacular. We had a fantastic time.

Sunrise from here was amazing, and you can snorkel right in front of the hotel. My room was clean, and the things in it looked new to me. Breakfast was delicious too. I tried mie goreng, Balinese pancake, and a smoothie bowl. The staff were super friendly. Thanks, ibus 🤗

Getting around is much easier with your own motorbike. Without one, transport is expensive: the hotel charges IDR 300,000 for a return trip to Amed beach, which is far more than a similar distance in other parts of Bali. The rooms were fine and clean. The bathroom was clean too, though it smelled a bit and had no windows. The pool is AMAZING, and the beachfront location is exceptional. Staff were friendly. Breakfast doesn’t include milk coffee, just black coffee. For meals, Trattoria is a good place to go for everything. Abing down the road costs a little more.
