This is my favourite place to stay in Bali, mostly because of the staff. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. I’ve stayed here on my own, with my husband, and with a big group. The pool is magic, and the location is perfect, just a short walk into town. Can’t wait to get back to my second home.

The restaurant food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. It’s an older style hotel where foreign retirees have been staying for a long time, taking the best rooms and making them their homes. The hotel is on the beach, but the beach walk construction means there’s no access to the beach right now. The rooms need a lot of repairs, and maintenance seems to rely on quick fixes.

It’s a laid back, relaxing place, with no drunk tourists causing trouble. The live band was really good, and the lead singer is very talented. Happy Hour feels more like four happy hours 😉. Once the boardwalk is finished, it’ll be great to walk up and get a drink or a meal.

Bali Palms Resort is in a quiet, convenient spot close to the beach. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great choice for a relaxing vacation, highly recommended.
