Samudra Bali Resort

We stayed eight days and found it a very nice resort, especially if you're after a quiet corner of Bali. The service is excellent, staff are wonderful and there's nothing to complain about. Breakfast is high quality, very attentive and friendly to vegetarians. Housekeeping is attentive too, and guards patrol around the resort. The pool is clean and beautiful, the garden is lovely and well kept, and the spa is high quality. We had a wonderful spa experience. There's also a simple gym. With the occasional promotions, the stay is very good value. It feels worthy of a four-star hotel, especially with such a good breakfast. One idea for the cottages near the sea: they'd be more appealing with a more resort-like room design, perhaps an open-air shower and a lounge chair for relaxing.

I travel a lot, and this is my favorite hotel in Candidasa for its balance of peace, harmony, gentle service and amazing restaurant food. Breakfast feels inspiring with the water right beside you, and live music at dinner makes the atmosphere special. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the space feels comfortable and chilled, with a lovely smell, welcome drinks, beautiful decor and heartfelt Balinese smiles. I love you guys. See you soon!

The pool view was lovely, and the location made it easy to get around. Ramayana is beautiful, with traditional Balinese style and a really relaxing atmosphere. We had an amazing stay and would happily come back.

The name connected with me right away. I'm Hindu from Bharat, the birthplace of Lord Ram, and I felt calm and at peace as soon as I entered this amazing resort. All the staff are very supportive. Suasti, Krishna, Kadek, Dian and everyone at the Garpu restaurant are wonderful people. The reception team is very cooperative too. I'd say this is a must-visit place to relax.
