The new kitchen was clean, though it could use better equipment. Otherwise, everything felt quiet and comfortable, with a nice design and a friendly cat wandering around. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were especially lovely and helpful, and seemed to be around all the time. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

For around AU$35 a night, this is fantastic value. The place is modern and very clean, and the pool was clean too. There’s no TV, fridge, or coffee setup in the room, but reception has a great kitchen where you can cook and keep your things in a big fridge. Restaurants and cafes are fairly close by.

A great budget guest house, with a lovely garden, big rooms, a fabulous bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The only drawback for me was not having a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

I spent a month here and had a great time. It’s a peaceful little oasis in the middle of chaotic Canggu, with a beautiful, cosy room that gets cleaned whenever you ask. The staff are nice, polite, and happy to help. The kitchen could be better, though. It wasn't always clean, and there wasn't much equipment for cooking.

We only stayed a few days at Bali Bata Guesthouse and wished we'd booked longer. The staff were friendly and always helpful, and the location made it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach while staying tucked away from the busy streets. Our room was huge, with high ceilings and a luxurious bathroom with soft water. We loved it.
