The social side was a big part of my stay at Clandestino Hostel in Canggu. It has a friendly, laid-back atmosphere that suited me as a solo traveler, and the rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink or meet people. At night it was still peaceful, even though the hostel is close to the beach, cafes, and nightlife. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the pool area looked lovely. Staff were kind and happy to help with things like local tips and scooter rentals. I'd happily come back, and recommend it if you're after comfort and a sociable stay. 🙌✨

Loved my time here! The beds were comfy, the dorms gave you some privacy, and everything got cleaned daily. There are activities every day, like beer pong, pool, and karaoke, plus free dinner. The staff group was so lovely. The restaurant food was good for the price, too. I had an amazing stay, and no Bali belly, everything was fresh and great.

I met some nice people and had a fun night out, but that could happen at any hostel in Canggu. The hostel itself was a little dirty, and I left after one night. Their “free dinner” was so small that everyone was still hungry afterward. They give discounts and free shots in exchange for five-star reviews, so I think the ratings on booking sites are inflated. There are much better hostels in Canggu for the same price or less.

I came back for a second stay. The bed and storage were good, and the location worked well. I chose the nicer mixed dorm, which had private bathrooms, a real plus. Although it was advertised as a party hostel, I didn't have much trouble sleeping. I skipped the planned daily games, but they seem like a good idea for solo travelers. I'd stay again!
