Coco & Pineapple Pants Hostel

As a solo female traveler, feeling safe mattered most, and I did here. I was unsure about booking because of the mixed reviews, but the place turned out to be comfortable and well looked after. They let me check in after midnight without any hassle, which was a big plus. It's also in a great spot, within walking distance of good restaurants and the beach.

I left a day early after staying three days and two nights in an eight-bed women's dorm by myself. The toilet, shower, and beds were all in the same shared room, and one guest showered with music on at 7 a.m. The room was about 25 °C, too hot for me to sleep. I later found out another girl had hidden the air-conditioning remote. Some guests were rude, ignored the rules, and showed no consideration for others. The laundry was another awful part of the stay. One T-shirt came back badly wrinkled, and my green bra was missing. I reported it, but the hostel didn't take responsibility and it was never found. I strongly advise people not to stay here. There are definitely better options nearby.

The place is amazing, and the staff really care about you. The owner is a wonderful person, so kind and helpful. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, don't hesitate.

A very recommendable budget hostel, with clean rooms, toilets, and bathrooms, and excellent facilities for the price. It's close to central Canggu, too. I'd definitely come back next time I travel there.
