I spent about a month here in January and had a good stay overall. The central location is a big plus, roughly a 10-minute Grab bike ride from almost everything. Staff are kind, attentive and always ready to help, and the place is staffed around the clock. I also appreciated having a safe in my room and the affordable laundry service on site, with washing ready to pick up at reception within 24 hours. Housekeeping comes every couple of days, though I’d have liked fresh towels and toilet paper each time. The WiFi was mostly stable, with the occasional outage that seems to happen across Bali. I considered extending my stay, but found a more affordable option elsewhere. I’d still come back.

A lovely place 😍😍 It’s calm and cozy, with Bali vibes, cool staff, and everything clean and shining 🔥. It’s close to the beach, shops and supermarkets, so whenever I come to Bali, I’ll stay here.

Absolutely filthy hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it. The advertising on bouking and anode is false. There was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning in the room, and the bed linen was disgustingly dirty. This wasn’t just one bad room, the same thing happened across the hotel. The managers tried moving us to another room, but it was no better. We stayed for only four hours before leaving, and the hotel manager refused to refund us, saying they had charged us for the night. Disgusting place!
